追加手数料等の追加料金
以下の追加料金が発生する場合がございます。

送料：作品のサイズ、重量、素材等によって異なります。特に大型作品、割れ物、海外発送の場合は別途追加送料を頂戴する場合がございます。

海外発送の場合の関税：各国の法令に基づき、関税・輸入税等が発生する場合は、すべて購入者様のご負担となります。
交換および返品（返金ポリシー）
商品の特性上、ご注文確定後の返品、交換、キャンセルは一切お受けしておりません。
万一、作品に重大な欠陥があった場合を除き、返金や代替品の提供には応じかねます。ご注文前に、作品画像や説明を十分にご確認いただき、ご理解・ご了承のうえご購入ください。
引渡時期
ご注文確定後、通常3〜5営業日以内に注文処理を行い、7日以内に商品を発送いたします。展示会出展中の作品については、展示期間終了後の発送となります。

Buyers may be responsible for the following additional charges:

Shipping Fees: Fees vary depending on the size, weight, and fragility of the artwork. Additional charges may apply for large items, fragile works, or international shipping.

Customs Duties: For international orders, import duties, taxes, and charges may apply in accordance with the destination country's laws. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Exchanges (Refund Policy)
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided except in cases of major defects. Please carefully review the product images and descriptions before placing your order.
Delivery Schedule
Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and shipped within 7 days after processing.
For artworks currently exhibited in galleries or exhibitions, shipment will occur after the exhibition period ends.
